A highlight of the day is the arrival of Santa Claus, bringing cheer and distributing gifts to the children, filling the air with joy and laughter. Janamashtmi
Janmashtami at Decent is celebrated with immense devotion, enthusiasm, and cultural vibrancy, bringing the teachings of Lord Krishna to life. The day begins with a special assembly featuring devotional songs, enlightening speeches, and prayers, creating a spiritual and serene atmosphere. Students take part in captivating performances such as dance dramas depicting Krishna's life and the timeless stories from the Mahabharata, highlighting the values of truth, love, and righteousness. A key highlight is the 'Dahi Handi' event, where students enthusiastically form human pyramids to break the pot, symbolizing teamwork, dedication, and festivity. The campus is beautifully adorned with colorful decorations, traditional rangoli, and Jhankis (tableaus) showcasing scenes from Krishna's life. Activities like flute-making, pot-painting, and storytelling sessions add to the joy of the celebration, ensuring active participation and cultural learning.

The celebration begins with a special assembly that includes prayers, devotional songs, and speeches highlighting the significance of Diwali as the festival of lights and the victory of good over evil. Students enthusiastically participate in cultural performances, such as traditional dances, skits, and music recitals, that beautifully convey the message of unity, prosperity, and harmony.
